• We do not offer refunds for orders once they have been shipped, unless the product received is damaged or defective.
• Refunds will be issued only if:
  • The item arrives in damaged condition.
  • The wrong product is sent.
  • The product has a major manufacturing defect.
• Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos or videos of the issue.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
